Aug 31, 2023: LPBank and Vietnam Post always ensure customers’ benefits at highest level

LPBank and Vietnam Post absolutely comply and ensure compliance with the provisions of Circular No.43/2015-TT-NHNN (Circular 43), Circular amending and supplementing Circular 43 and regulations of SBV, Vietnamese law. In all cases, customers’ benefits are always placed in the highest position and absolutely guaranteed.

On August 31, 2023, the State Bank (SBV) issued Circular No. 11/2023/TT-NHNN (Circular 11) with content amending and supplementing Circular 43 on organization and operations of the Postal Transaction points under Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LPBank).

LPBank and Vietnam Post absolutely comply and ensure compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 43/2015-TT-NHNN (Circular 43), Circular amending and supplementing Circular 43 and regulations under SBV, Vietnamese law. In all cases, customers’ benefits are always placed in the highest position and absolutely guaranteed.

At the moment, all postal deposit, financial and credit operations are still taking place normally at Vietnam Post’s transaction points nationwide. Service provision will be focused on improving quality in accordance with the guidance of the circular. Therefore, customers can be completely assured when making deposits, pension loans, money transfers, and withdrawals transactions at the Post Office.

Vietnam Post’s divestment from LPBank (if any) will not cause any impact on the rights of customers using services provided by the Bank through the postal network. Postal Savings Services is still being provided normally with the best service and quality capacity at transaction points nationwide.

If the divestment is successful, Vietnam Post and LPBank will continue to collaborate as strategic partners to implement modern financial and banking services on the Postal network to take advantage of the strengths of both sides.
