June 20, 2021 – LPB OTP feature launched on LienViet24h app and Internet Banking

LPB OTP feature has just been launched by LienVietPostBank on LienViet24h and Internet Banking. Soft OTP is an authentication method by obtaining OTP code via the LPB OTP application (the application downloaded on the App Store/CH Play), installed on mobile phones/tablets or integrated in LienViet24h application (From version 1.0.15).

This feature allows customers to easily get an authentic OTP code with a high level of security for transactions on LienViet24h and Internet Banking even when their device is not connected to the Internet.

Simple steps to register and enable LPB OTP on LienViet24h

Step 1: Log in to LienViet24h, select “Settings”

Step 2: Select “Register”, select “Agree and continue”

Step 3: Enter OTP code

Step 4: Set up a pin code, enter the SMS activation code.

Step 5: At the screen “Activate fingerprint”, select “Agree” -> LPB OTP fingerprint activation is successful.

Simple steps to register and enable LPB OTP on Internet Banking

Step 1: Login to Internet Banking, select “Utilities”, select “Soft OTP”

Step 2: Enter the verification code and select “Continue”

Sep 3: Register successfully, then log in to the LPB OTP application to activate.

Note: If you have registered for LPB OTP on LienViet24h, after registering Soft OTP on Internet Banking, you can directly use the integrated application on LienViet24h to get the authentic OTP code for transactions on Internet Banking.

Simple steps to enable LPB OTP on the device

Step 1: Download the LPB OTP software on the App Store/CH Play store

Step 2: Enable Soft OTP user on the device

Select the language

Select “I agree” to the terms and conditions

Enter the User name as the user ID and the activation code sent to the message.

Step 3: Set up user authentication

 –  Authentication by PIN: Set up a 6-digit PIN code.
